So here are the steps to make strawberry cheese cake at home:
Ingredients:
- 100g biscuits
- 50g butter
- 12 strawberries
- 250g cream cheese
- 200g yogurt
- 90g sugar
- 200ml heavy cream
- 10g gelatin
- 50g sugar
- 50ml water
- 100g raspberry
- 4g gelatin
Recipe:
Take 100 grams of biscuits in a bowl.
Crush them nicely and make powder.
Then add butter to it and mix it well.
Add this biscuit mixer in the cake container and spread it evenly.
Slice strawberries into half and decorate it at the edges of the container.
Put gelatin in the water.
Then take cream cheese in a bowl.
Add yogurt and mix it well without any lumps.
In a pan take sugar and add heavy cream to it.
Put it on gas and add gelatin (which we kept in the water, squeeze and add) and cook till sugar and gelatin get melt.
Pour this in the cream yogurt mixer and whisk it.
Pour this batter in our cake container.
Again take water and sugar in a pan and heat it.
Then add gelatin, let it get the mix.
Take 100g of raspberry in a glass jar and add gelatin water to it.
Crush and make a puree.
Drain this out in a bowl.
Then pour the raspberry puree into the cake container and spread it evenly.
Refrigerate it for one night. and you will our cake is ready to serve.
