Ingredients:

  1. Mushroom
  2. oil
  3. dried thymes
  4. pasta sauce
  5. cucumber
  6. spinach
  7. 4-5 cloves of Garlic, minced
  8. ½ cup Kalamata Olives, cut in half
  9. 1 ½ tbsp Capers, roughly chopped
  10. 1 tsp Oregano
  11. ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  12. 28 oz. Crushed Fire Roasted Tomatoes
  13. 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
  14. 12 oz. Pasta
  15. 3 ½ cups Filtered Water
  16. Fresh Basil, for garnish (optional)
  17. Salt and Pepper, to taste

Recipe:

First, boil the pasta.

Heat oil in a pan and add olive and garlic.

Saute it then add thyme and chili flakes.

Add mushrooms and saute it.

Add cucumber and pasta sauce.

Then add boiled pasta and spinach.

Mix it well.

Veggie pasta is ready, remove it in a serving bowl and sprinkle some black pepper.
