Therefore a simple yet tasty homemade dish can be mashed potatoes. Mashed Potatoes can be one of those dishes which are easy, simple, spicy and at the same time can be fast made. Here are the steps and all you need to make this dish.

Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes
  2. Unsalted butter
  3. Melted butter
  4. salt
  5. heavy cream
  6. garlic
  7. Pepper
  8. chives
  9. rosemary

Recipe:

First, peel potatoes and keep it in water so it doesn’t change its color.

Then cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes and cook it soft. add some salt while cooking.

Check whether it is easily mashable or not.

Drain the water and dry potatoes completely on medium flame. there should not be any moisture.

Mash potatoes you can use a masher, sieve, or potato ricer.

Add melted butter in the mashed potatoes.

Mix it you will get a smooth texture.

Then put heavy cream, rosemary, garlic in a pan and boil it.

Boil it for a while we just want its flavor in the cream.

Strain it and remove rosemary and garlic.

Then add this heavy cream in the mashed potatoes.

Mix it well and take it out in a serving plate.

Add butter from the top.

Then sprinkle some pepper, chives and some gravy.

And our tasty mashed potatoes are ready.
