  1. 1 cup boiled chickpeas/Kabuli chana 100 gms
  2. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  3. Salt
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  5. 2-3 cloves of garlic
  6. 3 tbsp yogurt/tahini
  7. 4-5 tbsp olive oil
  8. Water as desired

Recipe:

First, soak chickpea overnight then boil it using some salt.

Then add chickpea in a mixer jar.

Add lemon juice.

Garlic, salt, and cumin powder.

Then add yogurt.

Add some olive oil and water.

Then blend it and make a smooth paste. Use more water if required.

Then remove it in a serving plate.

Spread it nicely with your finger.

Add some olive oil from the top.

Garnish with chili flakes and coriander leaves.
