Ingredients:
- Butter
- sage
- garlic
- salt
- turkey
- dried thyme
- rosemary
- Lemon
- onion
- carrot
- celery
- chicken broth
- flour
Recipe:
Apply salt and cover and keep it in the fridge for 1 day.
Take butter in a bowl.
Add garlic, sage, thyme, rosemary, and mix it.
Apply this mixture on turkey. and put some lemon and onion slices inside it.
Then in another tray put onion, carrot, celery, and chicken broth. bake both for 2 hours.
Remove it and let it get cool for some time.
Take out all the veggies from the tray and strain the juice in it, boil it to thicken.
Take flour in a bowl add juice and make a paste, then add it in the pan. so that there should not be any lumps. cook till thickens.
Cut turkey into small pieces, garnish with sage and lemon.
Add gravy which we prepared and serve it.
