How to make Sweet and sour Tofu?

Ingredients:

  1. TOFU
  2. CORNSTARCH
  3. SOY SAUCE
  4. BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  5. MINCED GARLIC
  6. GINGER PASTE
  7. CHILLI SAUCE
  8. KETCHUP
  9. VINEGAR
  10. Chilli FLAKES
  11. HONEY

Recipe:

Dry the excess water of tofu. and cut it into cubes.

Take it in a bowl, add cornstarch, salt and pepper, toss it.

Heat a pan add oil, then put the tofu pieces on it, cook both the sides. make them golden and crispy.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger paste and minced garlic then saute for 30 seconds.

Then add white and green onion, and red onion. saute for 30 seconds.

Add broccoli and bell paper saute for 30 seconds.

Add chilli flakes, soya sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, honey, and salt. mix them all.

Add tofu, mix it well.

Serve it hot.
