How to make Deviled Eggs?

For any occasion may it be a holiday, Easter, Christmas, thanksgiving and even for picnic and parties a perfect appetizer is a must. This should be tasty at the same time easy and light to digest. One such is the Deviled Eggs. A perfect combo of taste, nutrition, easy to digest and easy to cook. For all those searching for a perfect match like this here are the steps to make it:


  1. 6 large eggs
  2. 1/4 cup (60g) Mayonnaise
  3. 1 teaspoon White vinegar
  4. 1 teaspoon Mustard
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black pepper to taste
  7. Paprika for garnish
  8. Chives


Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil, turn the heat off, cover the pan with a lid, and let sit for 12 minutes.

Transfer to a bowl with ice water and let cool.

Carefully peel the eggs and gently dry with paper towels.

Slice the eggs in half lengthwise.

Remove the egg yolks and place in a large bowl.

Mash the yolks into a fine crumble using a fork.

Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, and mix until smooth. Check the seasoning, add more salt/pepper if needed.

Transfer the mixture into a piping bag.

Pipe into the hole of each egg white

Garnish with smoked paprika.
