Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp Powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup maida
- 1/2 Tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/4 Cup choco chips
Recipe:
Take butter and sugar powder in a bowl. and blend it.
Crepe from the sides makes it light and airy.
Sieve in the flour and baking powder.
Add salt, and vanilla essence.
Mix it well with your hand.
Add choco chips and mix them.
Take a baking tray, lined with aluminium foil then butter paper on top.
Make cookies and add more choco chips, bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
After 15 minutes you will see the cookies are ready. let it get cool for some time before serving.
