How to make Chicken Soup?

Chicken soup has always been one of the most common starter. But often the cravings end up taking us to restaurants. But his time we thought of giving the readers a simple yet delicious dish, particularly chicken soup so that cravings for this dish can be fulfilled at home and a tasty starter is prepared to accelerate our appetite.


  1. 250 g chicken
  2. 1 spring onion white
  3. 1/4 cup cabbage
  4. 1 carrot
  5. 1 tsp chopped garlic
  6. 2-3 chopped green chillies
  7. 1 egg white
  8. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp soy sauce
  10. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  11. 1 tbsp butter
  12. 1 chicken cube
  13. 2 tbsp cornflour
  14. 1/4 cup carrots
  15. 1/4 cabbage
  16. 1 spring onion greens
  17. 1/4 cup coriander leaves


Take chicken, carrot, onion, cabbage salt in a pressure cooker.

Add water and cook on high till one whistle, then cook on low for 15 minutes.

After 15 minutes, strain and remove chicken and veggies, keep chicken broth aside.

Remove bones and shred chicken.

In a pan add butter and melt it.

Then add garlic and green chilli, saute it.

Add chopped carrot.

Then add cabbage, fry till 1 minute and add chicken then fry it too.

Add chicken broth, chicken cube, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, and pepper.

Bring it to boil on high flame, take cornflour, mix with water and add it to the soup.

Add egg white on low flame and stir continuously while adding.

Remove it in a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
