Who will not like a bowl of hot soup before starting with the main course? We can’t disagree that having a starter does always increase our appetite. So here we come with one of the most simple and delicious starters. The chicken noodles soup is a basic yet healthy dish to be served before the lunch or dinner or maybe sometimes as an evening snack. So here we are with the recipe and the ingredients that you will need to make this dish:
Ingredients:
- chicken
- carrot
- egg
- ginger garlic
- salt
- capsicum
- cabbage
- noodles
- chilli sauce
- soya sauce
- onion
- vinegar
- black pepper
Recipe:
Take 10 cups of water in a pan add salt and then add ginger, garlic.
Then add onion and chicken.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Drain out the chicken.
Then in the same pan add the carrot.
Then add cabbage, capsicum, and noodles.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove bone from chicken and garlic-ginger.
Make small pieces of it.
Add chicken in the soup. then add chilli sauce, soya sauce.
Now take out egg white in a bowl.
Add egg white in the soup, stir continuously while adding. then add black pepper.
Add vinegar, cook for some time then remove it in the serving bowl.
