How to make carrot cake?

Ingredients:

  1. 250g all-purpose flour (1 3/4cups-pressed into the cup)
  2. 350g finely grated carrot(2 cups -pressed into the cup)
  3. 200g sugar(1 cup)
  4. 4 eggs
  5. 11/2 tsp baking powder
  6. 1tsp baking soda
  7. 1/2 tsp salt
  8. 180ml oil(3/4 cup)
  9. 1tbsp orange juice
  10. 3tbsp orange zest
  11. 2tbsp raisin

Recipe:

coarsely grated carrot in a food possessor.

Take flour in a big bowl.

Add salt, baking soda, baking powder and mix it.

In another bowl beat 4 eggs.

Add sugar and continue blending it.

Add orange zest, salt, oil and blend it again.

Add flour mixture and mix it well.

Then add carrot and mix it well.

pour the batter in a parchment paper-lined baking pan.

Top with raisins.

Bake for 90 minutes and it is ready.
