So here are the steps to make caramel egg pudding at home:


First part For the caramel:

  1. Sugar 3 tbsp
  2. Water 1 tbsp

Second part:

  1. Egg 1 pcs
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Sugar 3 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence


Take water and sugar in a pan and cook it.

Cook till it gets brown color.

Pour caramel in a bowl.

Take the egg in another bowl.

beat the egg.

Add milk and mix it.

Add in the vanilla essence and mix it.

Then sieve this milk-egg mix in the caramel bowl.

Heat a pan on gas and put a paper towel in it.

Then put pudding bowl.

Add water in the pan and cover the pudding bowl and pan with lid. then cook on high flame till water boils and then on low flame for 10 minutes.

Then remove it, let it get cool a bit.

Remove it carefully.
