- Sweet potato 500 g
- Cumin seeds 1 tb
- Garlic 4 n
- Mustard seeds 1 ts
- Whole red chilly 3 n
- Urad daal 2 tb
- Onion chopped 2 n
- Curry leaves 6 n
- Green chilly 6 n
First crush the cumin seeds, garlic in a mortar pestle.
Cut the sweet potato in small pieces and boil them.
Take some oil in a pan add mustard seeds, whole red chilly.
Then add urad dal.
Next, add chopped onion and saute it.
Then add turmeric, curry leaves, green chilly, and salt.
In this add crushed garlic, cumin seed paste and saute it then add chili powder.
Finally, add sweet potatoes and mix it well.
Fry it for 3 minutes and it is almost ready.
Remove it in a serving bowl, serve with chapati, rice or naan.
