  1. Potatoes – 4
  2. Water – 3 liter
  3. Salt – 2 tsp

For batter:

  1. Maida / Plain Flour / Atta – ½ cup
  2. Corn Flour – ¼ cup
  3. Rice Flour – ¼ cup
  4. Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  5. Chopped Coriander Stem – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Oregano / Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
  8. Garlic powder – 1 tsp
  9. Melted butter 2 tbsp
  10. Water – as required for a batter
  11. Oil – to deep fry


Wash and chop potatoes in this size.

Add water and salt. then boil it till it gets to cook.

Remove it in a bowl after cooking.

In another bowl take Plain Flour, Corn Flour, and Rice Flour.

Then add red chilli flakes, Coriander Stem, Salt, Oregano and Garlic powder.

Mix it with your hand.

Add melted butter.

Then add water and make the batter.

Dip the potatoes in the batter and put it on the baking tray. and bake it for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

Another way is frying them in oil. dip potatoes in the batter and fry till crispy.

Remove it on tissue paper to remove excess oil.

Serve with tomato sauce.
