Mexican rice recipe
There is no comparison of any homemade dish. The perfect blend of taste and nutrition that we get is beyond comparison with any restaurant ordered food. Therefore a simple yet tasty homemade dish can be Mexican Rice. Mexican Rice can be one of those dishes which are easy, simple, spicy and at the same time can be fast made. Here are the steps and all you need to make this dish.
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 carrots (peeled and diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 200-gram long rice, (rinsed and drained)
- 2 glass chicken broth
- 1 can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 tomato sauce
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- salt to test
- 1/4 ground black pepper
- 1/4 finely chopped cilantro
Let’s start making it…
First of all, heat the olive oil and then add onion, carrot, green bell pepper, and garlic and fry them for 2 minutes.
then add tomato pest and mix it.
then add rice and mix it.
after that add chicken broth, diced tomatoes, ground cumin, oregano, and salt as per test.
all ingredients mix them nicely.
and cook them 15-20 minutes.
Then add cilantro and our Mexican rice is almost ready to serve.
remove then in serving boul OR a plate.

- you make all those in medium flam.
