- lentil puls: 100 gram
- Oil: 50 gram
- onion: 1
- Garlic: 4 pis
- Tomato: 2
- Carrot: 1/2 cup
- Potato: 1/2 cup
- water: 1 litter
- Salt: As per test
- Black paper: 1/2 spoon
- Butter: 50 gram
- Paprika powder: 1 spoon
Now Let’s Start making it…
First of all, heat oil and put onion and fry for 2 minutes.
then add garlic and mix it and fry them for 2 minutes.
Now add tomato and mix it well.
now add carrot and potatoes and fry them 3-4 minutes.
Then add washed lentil pulse and water.
now cover it and cook for 25 minutes.
now add some salt and black paper and 2 minutes more.
now use the blander to blend the soup.
now melt the butter in a small pan for the top.
Add some Paprika powder and mix it well. then remove it from the gas stove.
Now take some soup in a serving bowl.
and add 1 OR 2 spoon of paprika butter.
