- 250 gms bone-in chicken
- 3 cups of water
- 2 tsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 + 1/3 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- Half ear of sweet corn – remove the corn kernels with a knife
- 1 small stalk of celery and green onion (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)
- 2 egg whites
Take chicken in a pressure cooker.
Add water, salt, black pepper, soya sauce then close the lid and cook on high till 1 whistle then cooks on low for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes remove chicken and shred it into the broth.
Turn on the gas, add salt, soya sauce and bring it to boil.
Till then remove the corn kernels with a knife. and add it into the soup.
Then take out some soup in a cup, let it get cool for some time, then mix cornstarch in it. add this mixture in the soup.
Add chopped celery and spring onion.
Add egg white with one hand and stir with another hand.
Add black pepper cook it till it thickens.
Remove it in a serving bowl.
