Dry the excess water of tofu. and cut it into cubes.
Take it in a bowl, add cornstarch, salt and pepper, toss it.
Heat a pan add oil, then put the tofu pieces on it, cook both the sides. make them golden and crispy.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger paste and minced garlic then saute for 30 seconds.
