  1. 15oz cans of Diced Tomatoes with Onions and Peppers
  2. 1 cup (loosely packed) of Cilantro
  3. 1 Small Yellow Onion, roughly chopped
  4. 1 Jalapeno, seeded
  5. Juice of 1 Lime
  6. 3 Small Cloves of Garlic
  7. 1 tsp of Sugar
  8. 1/2 tsp of Cumin
  9. 1/2 tsp of Oregano
  10. Lots of Salt


Take tomatoes in a blender.

Add Cilantro, Yellow, Onion, jalapeno,  Garlic, Sugar, Oregano, Salt, and lime Juice. blend it.

Remove it in a bowl and salsa is ready. Keep it in the fridge to set.

Take tortilla and brush with oil on each side.

Cut it into this shape and bake it.

Chips are ready.
