- Sesame oil – 1 Tbsp
- Chopped Garlic – 2 Tsp
- Chopped Ginger – 1 Tsp
- Onion – 1 no.
- chopped Beans Carrot Capsicum Cabbage
- Salt to taste
- Egg – 3 nos
- Spring Onion
To cook chicken
- Chicken – 250 gms
- Water – 2 1/2 cups
- Salt to taste
To cook rice Basmati Rice
- 1 cup Chicken stock – 2 cups
- Water – 1 cup
Take water in a pan and salt, pepper.
Add chicken and garlic clove. cook till chicken is tender.
Turn off the flame and remove chicken pieces and cool them.
Use the stock to cook rice.
Add rice in the stock. and cook it.
when the rice is done remove it from heat.
Shred the chicken and remove bones.
Add oil to a pan add garlic.
Next, add chopped onion and saute it.
Then add spring onion.
Add beans and carrots.
Then add peas and shredded cabbage.
Mix everything well. season with salt and pepper.
Add eggs and sprinkle some salt pepper mix them well.
Add shredded chicken and mix it.
Then add cooked rice and mix well.
Remove in a serving bowl, garnish with spring onion.
