  1. Eggplants 600g
  2. oil
  3. garlic
  4. onion paste
  5. tomato puree
  6. salt
  7. turmeric
  8. red chilli powder
  9. amchur powder
  10. coriander powder
  11. cumin powder
  12. green chilli
  13. coriander leaves


Wash and give cut in the eggplants.

Heat oil in a pan and fry it for a minute.

Remove it in a plate.

Heat oil in a pan adds garlic. saute it.

Add chopped green chilli and onion paste.

Add 2 tomatoes puree to it and fry it well.

Add salt, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric, amchur and mix it well.

Cook till dry.

Remove some masala to fill in eggplant.

Add some water in the pan and 1 tbsp of oil.

Cook till it leaves the oil on the surface.

Add some more water to the gravy.

Fill the stuffing in the eggplants.

Add the stuffed eggplants in the gravy.

Cook till 5 minutes, and keep stirring in between. add coriander leaves and garam masala. add cream and cook for 2 minutes.

Remove it in serving plate.
