- 1 (7 lb.) Rib Roast, Bone-In, or Boned & Tied
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic
- Pepper, freshly ground
Take veggies in a baking tray.
Place roast in a shallow baking pan. pour beef broth and red wine in the pan.
Heat oil in a small saucepan.
