Here are the steps and all you need to make this dish.


For rice

  1. Oil – 1 tbsp
  2. Basmati rice – 1 cup ( soaked for 30 min)
  3. Water – 1.5 cup
  4. Salt

For sauce

  1. Soy sauce – 1 tsp
  2. Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chili sauce – 1 tsp
  4. Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  5. Oil – 1 tbsp
  6. Garlic – 1 tsp
  7. Spring onion ( white ) – 2 tbsp
  8. Celery – 1 tsp
  9. Carrot – 1/4 cup
  10. Cabbage – 1/4 cup
  11. Beans – 1/4 cup
  12. Capsicum – 1/4 cup
  13. Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  14. Spring onion ( green )


First, take oil in a pan.

Then add soaked basmati rice to it.

Roast it for a while.

Then add boiling water and salt to it.

Cover and cook rice and low flame.

After cooking the rice allow it to cool completely.

Then in a bowl take soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce.

And sugar and mix it.

Heat the pan and add oil.

Then add garlic to it.

Put spring onion and celery.

Saute them.

Then add finely chopped carrot, cabbage, beans, and capsicum.

Add salt and saute them for a while.

Then add cooked rice.

Mix it on high flame.

Then add the sauce mix.

Add some pepper and spring onion.

And it is ready, remove it in a serving plate.
