One bite and you will fall in love with this super fudge cake. It’s super moist and super fudgy in texture. It’s an Australian mud cake, but in simple terms, it’s a fudge brownie type cake. It’s dense like a fudge brownie, dark and delicious but it’s also super moist and tall like a chocolate cake.so let’s start making chocolate mud cake.
- 300g all-purpose flour
- 175ml water
- 250g unsalted butter
- 250g chocolate
- 125ml milk
- 55g cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 550g sugar
- instant coffee
- 30ml vegetable oil
- backing soda
- backing powder
Simmer water in a pan then put a glass bowl on the pan and add butter to it.
Then add the chocolate.
Next,add sugar, and mix instant coffee in water and add coffee mix in the bowl.
After 5 minutes it will get melt and look like this.
Add in the milk and vegetable oil then blend it.
Then add eggs one by one and keep blending.
Sieve in the all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa.
Blend it nicely.
Put baking paper around the sides of your cake pan and pour the batter.
Bake on 300F for 2 hours.
Then pour the melted chocolate from all the sides.
And the chocolate mud cake is ready.
