- 1 piece ginger, minced
- 1-2 cloves Garlic, minced
- ¼ cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
- ¼ cup Tamari
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- Juice of 1 Lime
- ¼ head Purple Cabbage, shredded
- 3 large Carrot, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 large Seedless Cucumber, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 Green Onions, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Thai Basil, loosely chopped
- Optional: Toasted Sesame Oil and/or Chili Oil, to taste
- Cooked brown rice
Take vinegar, lemon juice, soya sauce in a bowl and add toasted sesame seeds.
Add ginger, garlic, green onion, chili sauce and mix it.
Then add carrot and cucumber.
Add some crunchy cabbage and mix it, and set aside.
Take tofu and press and squeeze it.
Cut it into small cubes.
Take cubes in a bowl.
Toss with Tamari, then Nutritional Yeast.
Put cubes on a baking tray with some distance in between then bake for 20 minutes,
Turn tofu and bake for another 20 minutes.
You can see tofu is nice crispy.
Now its assembly time, put cooked brown rice then add veggies and finally tofu.
