Ingredients:

  1. Capsicum/bell pepper- 7 (400 gm)
  2. Boiled potatoes- 5
  3. Green chilli- 3
  4. Garlic- 8 to 10
  5. Onion- 1 (large)
  6. Cooking oil- 5 tbsp
  7. Peanuts(roasted/raw)-1/4 cup
  8. Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
  11. Coriander powder-1/3 tsp
  12. Dry mango powder(amchur)-1/3 tsp
  13. Salt to taste or 1.5 tsp

Recipe:

To make stuffing mash potatoes in a bowl.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds in it.

Then add garlic and green chilli. saute it.

Next, add chopped onion and saute it.

Then add roasted peanuts and mix it.

Then add spices, turmeric, coriander powder, amchur powder salt, and red chilli powder.

Finally, add mashed potatoes and mix it well.

Fry it on high flame, and stuffing is ready. let it get cool.

Remove seeds from the capsicum.

Then fill the stuffing inside it.

Fill in all capsicum.

After that heat oil in a pan and keep capsicums on it.

Turn and fry all sides.

After cooking all sides remove it in a plate, capsicum doesn’t take much time to cook.

And stuffed capsicum is ready.
