Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed.
Then add Brussel sprouts.
Add some salt and water. cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. keep stirring in between.
Add garlic paste, ground peanuts, sesame seed, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and pepper.
Mix them all well. and cook for 1 more minute. add coriander-cumin powder and some lime juice.
Remove it in a serving bowl.
