So here are the steps to make Shephard’s pie at home:
- kheema 2 cups
- potato peeled cubed 3
- olive oil
- bay leaf
- black pepper
- garlic chopped
- onion chopped
- Black pepper powder
Boil potatoes in a bowl add some salt.
Heat olive oil in a pan add black peppercorn, bay leaf.
Then add garlic and onion and saute it.
Next, add kheema and fry it. add salt to cooking fast.
Add tomato puree in the kheema and cook well. add pepper powder.
Then take out boiled potato in a bowl, add butter to it, mash it, add milk then mix it well and fill it in a piping bag.
Transfer cooked kheema in a baking tray and press piping bag on it.
Cover kheema with mashed potato.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes in the oven and it is ready.
