Ingredients:

  1. Cooked rice
  2. cauliflower
  3. salt
  4. turmeric
  5. red chilli powder
  6. rice flour
  7. ginger-garlic paste
  8. green chilli
  9. onion
  10. soya sauce
  11. egg
  12. oil

Recipe:

In a bowl take cauliflower, add salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste.

Add rice flour and mix it.

Add some water and mix it well.

Heat oil in a pan and fry cauliflower in it.

Turn and cook the other side too, then remove it in a plate.

In the same pan add an egg.

Fry egg till it is done and remove.

Then in a pan add oil, green chilli, and onion.

Saute them and then add ginger garlic paste.

Then add tomato sauce and egg which we fried.

Mix it well, and add salt, red chilli powder, and garam masala.

Next, add soya sauce and stir well.

Then add 2 cups of cooked rice.

Finally, add cauliflower and give it a good stir.
