- Yellow Onion 1/2 Cup
- Celery 1/2 Cup
- Thyme 1/2 Tsp
- Soy Sauce 1/2 Tsp
- Wild Rice 1 Cup
- Chicken Broth 2 Cup
- Cod Fish 2 lb
- Salt according to taste
- Black pepper 1-tsp
- Lemon Pepper seasoning 1/2 tsp
- Parsley 1 Tsp
- Butter 4 tsp
- Garlic Cloves
- Onion 1-cup
- Chopped Garlic 1-tsp
- White cooking wine 2-tsp
- Lemon Juice 1-tsp
- Chicken Broth 1-cup
- Chicken Gravy Mix 3-tsp
- Cream 1/2 Cup
In a pan add oil, onion, celery and saute it.
Add thyme, soya sauce, and rice, stir it, then add chicken broth and cook for 30 minutes.
Take cold fish in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper.
Add some olive oil, parsley and mix it well.
Cover with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Now add butter to a pan and fry fish on it.
Cook 2-3 minutes, each side.
And remove on a tissue paper to remove excess oil.
In the same pan add onion, garlic and saute them.
Add white wine, lemon juice, and chicken broth.
Add chicken gravy mix, then added cream and mix it well. and cook 2-3 minutes.
Now server it, first put a cup of rice then put fish and finally add gravy.
Garnish with parsley and fresh lime.
