Ingredients:

  1. 4 oz lean ground turkey
  2. 1 tsp olive oil
  3. 2 oz green beans, trimmed & cut into 1-inch pieces, boiled
  4. 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  5. 1 garlic clove, minced
  6. 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  7. 2 oz chopped spinach
  8. Salt
  9. ground fresh black pepper
  10. A pinch of crushed red pepper

Recipe:

Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and yellow bell pepper and saute 2 minutes.

Add the ground turkey. Cook, breaking up the turkey with a wooden spoon until cooked through.

Add spinach and cover until spinach wilts, 3 minutes.

Add green beans and salt, red chilli powder, crushed red pepper and mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat for another 3 minutes.
