Keeping in mind the factor of time we have decided to involve the easiest of steps in this fish tacos. So here are the steps to make the taste burster and nutrition-rich fish tacos in homemade style with a touch of simple spices.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb Mahi-Mahi
  2. 4 corn tortillas medium-sized
  3. 1/3 cup sour cream
  4. 5 tbs cup lime juice
  5. 1/2 avocado sliced
  6. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  7. 1/3 cup onion finely diced
  8. 1/3 cup red cabbage sliced
  9. 2 radishes julienned
  10. 2 green onions sliced
  11. 1/2 cup tomato diced
  12. 2 tbs olive oil
  13. 1/4 tsp pepper
  14. 1/2 tsp salt
  15. 1 tbs jalapeño finely diced

Recipe:

For Fish

Whisk together 2 tbs of lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour mixture over fish. Cover over fish. Allow 20 minutes to marinate.

Grill fish over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes.

Flip. Cook an additional 1 minute. allow it to cool.

For salsa

Add onion and jalapeno in a small bowl.

Add in the remaining lime juice and mix it well.

Then add finely chopped cilantro, Season with salt & pepper, to taste. Mix it.

For Cream

Whisk together the sour cream, 1 tbs of lime juice and a pinch of salt.

To assemble

Place warm tortillas on grill.

Place portion of fish, and salsa.

Add avocado, cabbage, radishes, green onion, tomato.

Finish with a drizzle of the sour cream sauce.

  1. This was absolutely delicious!! I’ve never made fish tacos before, although Mexican food is one of my favorites. We grilled cod, and I did add some diced tomatoes. Wonderful! Thank you!
