Ingredients:

DRY INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1.5 cups all-purpose flour/maida (200 gms)
  2. 1 tsp baking powder
  3. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  4. pinch of salt
  5. 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

WET INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1/2 cup granulated white sugar (100 gms)
  2. 1/2 cup granulated brown sugar (100 gms)
  3. 3 big or 4 medium-sized banana
  4. 1/2 cup oil/melted butter (100 ml)
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice
  7. 2 tbsp milk
  8. 1/2 cup choco chips
  9. 1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe:

Grease the container with butter and dust some flour. put a butter paper.

Sieve flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon powder in a powder.

In a blender, take white sugar and brown sugar blend and make powder.

In the powder add ripe banana and blend again.

Make a paste-like this.

Remove it in a bowl and add oil, vanilla essence, lime juice and mix it well.
