- 2 cups pecan halves
- 1/2 cup butter (4 oz)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 large eggs
take a pie crust in a baking tray.
Take Pie beans in parchment paper and put it on pie crust. bake it for 20 minutes.
Then in a bowl take butter, white sugar, brown sugar, old fashion, flour, and milk.
Add salt and vanilla essence then heat on medium flame. bring it to boil and then let it get cool for 10 minutes.
Then in another bowl beat 4 eggs.
Add butter mixture in the egg mixture slowly and mix it well.
Then in pie crush add pecans.
Now add egg, butter mixture in it. and bake it for 40-45 minutes.
