Ingredients:

  1. cabbage
  2. onion
  3. tomato
  4. ginger
  5. garlic
  6. cumin
  7. green chilli
  8. bay leaf
  9. peas
  10. salt
  11. red chilli powder
  12. turmeric powder
  13. garam masala powder
  14. coriander powder
  15. oil
  16. cumin powder

Recipe:

Heat oil in a pan add, cumin seed, green chilli and bay leaf, saute them for a minute.

Add ginger, garlic then adds onion fry till golden brown.

Add turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, cook for 1 minute.

Add chopped tomato, cook till soft.

Now tomatoes are soft add peas and mix it.

Finally, add cabbage and mix it well.

Add salt and mix it.

Add garam masala, cover and cook for 15 minutes, keep stirring in between.

Garnish with coriander leaves, serve with roti, rice.
