  1. 3 spring Onion
  2. Garlic
  3. 1 cup Tofu
  4. 1 cup mushrooms
  5. Bell pepper
  6. salt
  7. pepper
  8. soya sauce
  9. vinegar
  10. sesame oil
  11. sesame seeds
  12. sugar
  13. broccoli steamed
  14. scallions
  15. sliced red chilli


Add 2 tbsp of toasted sesame oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic, saute them.

Add tofu and fry it.

Then add roughly chopped mushrooms and steam cooked broccoli.

Add bell peppers and fry it, now turn the gas flame on low.


In a small bowl take soya sauce, vinegar, scallions, sugar, sliced red chilli and mix it.

Add this in the veggies and mix it well.

Then add black sesame seeds and white sesame seeds.

Give it a good mix and remove it in a serving bowl.
