Take soya sauce, vinegar, and honey in a bowl.
Add spice, grated garlic, and lemon juice and mix it.
Add chicken pieces in the marination. and mix it well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chicken marination in the pan.
Cook well both sides.
Remove it in a plate.
Take sesame oil, soya sauce in another bowl.
Add wine, sunflower oil, sesame seeds and mix it.
Add grated garlic and mix it well.
Add grated carrot, spring onion, baby leaves.
