A simple healthy start of the day with hamburger bun will surely give a bright sunny day. Here are the steps to make tasty and nutritional hamburger bun for breakfast at home in no time.
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbs flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 ts yeast
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbs powder milk
- 1/2 ts salt
- 2 tbs oil
- melted butter
- sesame seeds
Add water to a pan.
Add flour and cook till it thickens.
Then remove it in a bowl.
Take some warm water in a bowl and add sugar.
Then add yeast and mix it and keep aside for 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes if you check it will get double.
In a large bowl take all-purpose flour, add milk powder and salt. then mix it.
Add 2 tablespoon of oil and mix it with your hand.
Then add activated yeast and mix it.
Add the flour mixture which we prepared earlier. knead it and make a dough.
Grease bowl with oil put the dough in the bowl and grease dough with oil. then cover and keep it in a warm place for 1 hour.
After 1 hour if you check the is doubled the size.
Then knead it again and cut in into four parts make each portion in bun shape. grease mold and put bun over it grease bun and cover and keep it in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Preheat a pan and put a stand in it.
Brush some milk on the bun, Put some sesame seeds on top, and put the mold in the preheated pan cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
Brush melted butter on the bun and cover it till it cools completely.
