- Chicken Breast (boneless)
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tsp Oregano Garlic Cloves
- 1/4 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/4 cup Parsley Leaves
Firstly, get your boneless chicken breast pieces is nice and flat, flatten out the chicken with the hammer to make them completely flat.
For making marinate for the chicken, Add Olive oil, Lemon Juice, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Garlic Cloves in the mixing jar with Brown Sugar, Whole Grain Mustard.
Then add black Pepper Powder, salt. Grind them all together for a bit, then add Parsley Leaves. Grind them again for about 10 minutes till all get a mix together.
Once you get the marinate, pour them all into your boneless chicken breast pieces.
Then finally cover them up and set it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 2 hrs for marination.
After 2 hrs put them one by one on your grilled pan to medium heat.
Cook the chicken for 4 minutes on each side.
Then remove it in serving plate.
Garnish with some fresh parsley and it is ready to serve.
