Easy Chicken Salad Recipe, Cool and refreshing chicken salad to prepare at home which is easy, healthy and tasty with the combination of tender chicken, vegetables, perfect dressing and with a hub in it. Great food for lunch.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Big boneless chicken breast
  2. salt to taste
  3. pepper to season
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic crushed
  5. 1 tbsp olive oil
  6. 1 tsp vinegar
  7. 1 tsp dried thyme
  8. 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  9. 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes
  10. 3 tbsp light mayonnaise
  11. 3 tbsp thick low-fat yogurt
  12. 2 tsp lime juice
  13. 1 tbsp mustard paste/sauce
  14. 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  15. some fresh cilantro
  16. 1/4 cup dry parmesan cheese
  17. 1 medium onion chopped
  18. 1/4 cup chopped celery
  19. 2 medium lettuce chopped
  20. 6-8 cherry tomatoes halved
  21. 1/2 cup croutons
  22. some toasted walnuts and almonds

Recipe:

Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste.

Add vinegar, dries thyme, chili flakes, and olive oil.

Spread evenly on chicken breast. rest it of 15-20 minutes.

In a big bowl take mayonnaise, low-fat yogurt, lime juice, mustard paste/sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, and fresh cilantro.

Mix it and add salt.

Heat some olive oil in a pan and put the chicken breast on it.

Cook both the sides till golden brown and remove.

Let it cool down for some time and cut it into strips.

Now add vegetables into mayonnaise and yogurt mixer.

Then add chicken strips.

Then add celery, walnuts, almonds, croutons and parmesan cheese.

Mix it well and remove it in a serving plate.
