 Ingredients:

  1. all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tsp baking soda
  3. 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  4. 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  5. 1 cup granulated sugar
  6. 1 large egg plus 1 egg yolk
  7. 1/4 cup sour cream
  8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  9. 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  10. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  11. 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts

Recipe:

Preheat oven to 350º. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

Mash banana in a bowl, with the help of folk.

In another large bowl, take melted butter.

Add sugar, egg and egg yolk, sour cream, and vanilla.

Mix it well.

Add mashed bananas and stir until combined.
