  1. 1 medium-to-large red onion
  2. ¾ cup apple cider vinegar or distilled white vinegar
  3. ¾ cup of filtered water
  4. 1 tsp kosher, sea, or pink Himalayan salt
  5. 2 tsp sugar
  6. 1 tsp black peppercorns (optional, but recommended)
  7. avocado
  8. baked tofu


Take water in a pan add sugar, salt, and black peppercorn. bring to boil till sugar and salt dissolve.

Slice and stuff onion in a jar.

Then pour the pickling liquid in the jar.

Mash avocado and add salt and pepper to it.

Mix it.

Apply the avocado on bread.

Then put baked tofu on top.

Finally, put the pickled red onion and sprinkle some pepper and it is ready.
